BlueLinx Canada definition

BlueLinx Canada means BlueLinx Building Products Canada Ltd., a company organized under the laws of British Columbia, together with its Subsidiaries (if any), and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • biofuels means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;

  • AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • RSC means the Regional Security Coordinator(s) (RSC(s)) appointed for CCR Hansa, unless it is explicitly otherwise stated, according to Article 77(1)(a) of the SO Regulation that will perform the tasks allocated to this(these) RSC(s) according to Article 77(1)(c)(i) of the SO Regulation;

  • Soda fountain means a place especially equipped

  • Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;

  • Oil sands means impregnated bituminous sands that:

  • Alpha means Alpha Natural Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.

  • ESI means any and all computer data or electronic recorded media of any kind, including “Native Files”, that are stored in any medium from which it can be retrieved and examined, either directly or after translation into a reasonably useable form. ESI may include information and/or documentation stored in various software programs such as: Email, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SQL databases, or any other software or electronic communication programs or databases that the CONSULTANT may use in the performance of its operations. ESI may be located on network servers, backup tapes, smart phones, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, work computers, cell phones, laptops or any other electronic device that CONSULTANT uses in the performance of its Work or SERVICES hereunder, including any personal devices used by the CONSULTANT or any sub-consultant at home. “Native files” are a subset of ESI and refer to the electronic format of the application in which such ESI is normally created, viewed, and /or modified. The CONSULTANT shall include this section XX “Records Maintenance” in every subcontract it enters into in relation to this AGREEMENT and bind the sub-consultant to its terms, unless expressly agreed to otherwise in writing by the AGENCY prior to the execution of such subcontract.   • NPS means nominal pipe size.

  • Tobacco retailer means any Person who Sells, offers for Sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products, or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things. This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for Sale exchanged, or offered for exchange.

  • SHC means Sears Holdings Corporation.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.
