BlackBerry Handheld Product definition

BlackBerry Handheld Product also known as "BlackBerry Devices", means a wireless handheld device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM, including any such smartphone, smart card reader, or BlackBerry Presenter and any other device expressly identified by RIM at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/legal/blackberrydevices_for_bbsla as a BlackBerry Handheld Product.
BlackBerry Handheld Product means a wireless handheld device manufactured by or on behalf of RIM.

  • Calls to Emergency Services are not processed through video chat features or MVS, and will only be processed from a BlackBerry Handheld Product where wireless cellular coverage is available from an Airtime Service Provider.

  • Customer is not entitled to any condition or quality of user documentation, which extends beyond this agreed condition.

  • BlackBerry will make the Support Services available to You from the date You purchased Your BlackBerry Handheld Product until the expiry of Your BlackBerry Handheld Product’s warranty period as identified in the BlackBerry Handheld Limited Warranty for Your country, which is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx (the “Coverage Period”); however, Support Services will only commence when You obtain Your Complimentary Plan Account and accept the Agreement.

  • BlackBerry will make the Support Services available to You from the date You purchased Your BlackBerry Handheld Product until the expiry of Your BlackBerry Handheld Product’s warranty period as identified in the BlackBerry Handheld Limited Warranty for Your country, which is available at www.blackberry.com/legal (the “Coverage Period”); however, Support Services will only commence when You accept the Agreement.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3.
