Billing Cost definition

Billing Cost has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.1 hereof.
Billing Cost means, for each Residential Service Unit, its pro rata share of the amount charged by the Tax Collector for collection of the Solid Waste Service Assessment and the cost incurred by the County to prepare and manage the Assessment Roll.

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Base Cost means base cost as defined in paragraph 1 of the Eighth Schedule;

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Allowable Cost means a cost that complies with all legal requirements that apply to a particular federal education program, including statutes, regulations, guidance, applications, and approved grant awards.

The average number of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) positions in the bargaining unit as at October 31st and March 31st for the period consistent with this clause.
