Bespoke Software Services definition

Bespoke Software Services means the development services to be provided by the Locale Party as described in the relevant Proposal and/or Technical Specification. Charges: the charges payable by the Customer for the supply of the Services by the Locale Party, as set out in the Contract Details, the Contract Details or the Proposal. Configuration Form: the form provided by the Locale Party, and to be completed by the Customer, regarding the configuration and set up of Services (including the User Categories which the Customer requires and the Permissions for each User Category) through such online platform as the Locale Party may use for the purposes of submitting a Configuration Form to the Customer or such other method as the Locale Party may determine from time to time. Configuration Specification: the specifications for the configuration for and set up of the Services (including details of the User Categories, the Permissions for each User Category and the Authorised Users to be allocated to each User Category) set out in the relevant Configuration Form completed by the Customer.

Related to Bespoke Software Services

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Business Software means all Software owned by or developed by a Seller for or in connection with the Business.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
