  • The Berry Administrative Agent and the administrative agent under the Berry Exit Facility shall use its reasonable good-faith efforts to work with such hedging counterparties to the Debtors that are not also lenders to the Berry Exit Facility, as applicable, to assign loan commitments under the Berry Exit Facility to any such hedging counterparty to the Debtors that is not also a Berry Lender.
