Basic Maintenance Services include the following maintenance and regeneration site elements: (1) general route maintenance, including monthly visual inspections and routine equipment maintenance to be provided on a quarterly basis; (2) disaster restoration; (3) minor relocations (including the first 1000 feet, System wide, per year); (4) concrete pad at each Transmission Site (sized to accommodate ELI's choice of hut); and (5) access to commercial alternating current electrical power.

Basic Maintenance Services means the activities described in Exhibit E attached hereto, including: (1) general route maintenance, including monthly visual inspections and routine equipment maintenance to be provided on a quarterly basis; (2) disaster restoration; (3) minor relocations (including the first 1000 feet, within the System , per year); (4) replacement and repair up to a gross cost (excluding reimbursements) of $"*" per occurrence.

Examples of Basic Maintenance Services in a sentence

• No Maintenance Services, including Basic Maintenance Services, are included with Offerings or Software licensed pursuant to a perpetual Offering Term (“Paid-Up Licenses”).

• Subject only to the charges for the Basic Maintenance Services as provided in Article VII, any extension of this Agreement shall be on the same terms and conditions as contained in this Agreement and for no additional consideration.

• For Xerox Contracted Devices, Xerox will provide Basic/ Maintenance Services per the Equipment Agreement.

• Subject only to the renegotiation of charges for the Basic Maintenance Services and the Enhanced Maintenance Services (as described in Paragraph VII.H. below), any extension of the Term shall be on the same terms and conditions as contained in this Agreement, for no additional consideration.

• Thereafter, Basic Maintenance Services shall renew at the then-current Annual Maintenance Fee for consecutive annual periods unless either party gives the other party notice of non-renewal given at least 60 days prior to expiration of the then-current term.

• During the Initial Term, FTV shall be responsible, at its sole expense (including training), for the maintenance and repair of the System (including, without limitation, the provision of Basic Maintenance Services), the IRU Fibers and any common equipment on the System, all pursuant to the operations specifications set forth on Exhibit F.

• After the Initial Term, FTV and ▇▇▇ shall meet to renegotiate the terms under which FTV will continue to provide the Basic Maintenance Services and the Enhanced Maintenance Services, if any.

Basic Maintenance Services means services to correct a Nonconformity or Major Nonconformity in the original, unmodified Software System. Basic Maintenance Services are available only with respect to the current and last prior release of the Software System.
