Grantee must demonstrate to the Air District that any Baseline Equipment to be replaced under this Agreement is fully operational at the time of the preliminary inspection.
Failure to demonstrate that the applicable Baseline Equipment to be replaced is operational at the time of the preliminary inspection shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and the Air District may terminate the Agreement per Section III.7.
Post-project inspection will include verification of the destruction of any replaced Baseline Equipment, as applicable.
