Baseline Equipment definition

Baseline Equipment means existing equipment that is being replaced and upgraded with zero-emission equipment. Baseline Equipment is part of a Project Component.

Examples of Baseline Equipment in a sentence

  • Grantee must demonstrate to the Air District that any Baseline Equipment to be replaced under this Agreement is fully operational at the time of the preliminary inspection.

  • Failure to demonstrate that the applicable Baseline Equipment to be replaced is operational at the time of the preliminary inspection shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and the Air District may terminate the Agreement per Section III.7.

  • Post-project inspection will include verification of the destruction of any replaced Baseline Equipment, as applicable.

  • Air District or its designee reserves the right to perform a preliminary inspection of any Baseline Equipment, as applicable, prior to implementation of the Project.

  • Table 1 provides the details of existing (old) Baseline Equipment and funded Project Equipment.

  • If applicable, Grantee must scrap the Baseline Equipment within 60 days of when the Project Equipment becomes operational.

  • For repower and equipment replacement projects, the Baseline Equipment shall be destroyed upon completion of the Project.

  • I certify that the fleet, engine(s) and Baseline Equipment are in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local air quality rules and regulations as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Related to Baseline Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • New equipment means except for any equipment or modified equipment to which 567—subrule 23.1(2) applies, any equipment or control equipment not under construction or for which components have not been purchased on or before September 23, 1970, and any equipment which is altered or modified after such date, which may cause the emission of air contaminants or eliminate, reduce or control the emission of air contaminants.
