Bankruptcy Court Approval definition

Bankruptcy Court Approval means the approval of a bankruptcy court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1)(A).
Bankruptcy Court Approval shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1(d).
Bankruptcy Court Approval means the Bankruptcy Court has entered an order (which order has become final and non-appealable), granting PG&E’s motion, and approving and authorizing this Agreement, subject to CPUC Approval.
