Bank of America Warehouse Line definition

Bank of America Warehouse Line means the Master Repurchase Agreement, dated as of December 27, 2010, between Bank of America, N.A. and the Borrower.

  • Wachovia means Wachovia Bank, National Association, a national banking association, together with its successors and/or assigns.

  • Wells Fargo means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association.

  • PNC Bank means PNC Bank, National Association.

  • JPMorgan means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

  • Bank Credit Agreement means the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of July 23, 2007 by and among the Company, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, and the other financial institutions party thereto, as amended, restated, joined, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, and any renewals, extensions or replacements thereof, which constitute the primary bank credit facility or facilities of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Wells Fargo Bank Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interexx.

  • JPMCB means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

  • Citibank means Citibank, N.A.

  • U.S. Bank means U.S. Bank National Association.

  • Royal Bank means Royal Bank of Canada.

  • Warehouse Agreement means an agreement to provide credit to a person to enable the person to have funds to make residential mortgage loans and hold such loans pending sale to other persons.

  • New Credit Agreement means the Credit Agreement, dated as of the Issue Date, by and among Level 3 Parent, LLC, Level 3 Financing, Inc., Wilmington Trust, National Association, as administrative agent, the New Credit Agreement Agent and each lender party thereto from time to time, as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
