Ballot type means an early voting, Election Day, or vote-by-mail ballot. Provisional ballots cast in the election may be grouped with early voting, Election Day, or vote-by-mail ballots, as applicable. Overseas vote-by-mail ballots are to be grouped with other vote-by-mail ballots.
