Average Annual ROIC definition

Average Annual ROIC means the Company’s average annual ROIC for the Performance Period, determined by adding the ROIC for each fiscal year during the Performance Period (based on a 52-week period commencing at the start of the fiscal year) and dividing by three. The Committee shall certify Average Annual ROIC as soon as practicable after the end of the Performance Period.
