Auction Call definition

Auction Call. As defined in Section 11.01.

More Definitions of Auction Call

Auction Call. As defined in Section 7.01(b) hereof. Aurora: Aurora Loan Services Inc., or its successors in interest.
Auction Call. The Trustee shall solicit bids for the purchase of mortgage loans remaining in in a Mortgage Loan Group when the outstanding Certificate Balance of the related group equals 10% or less of the original principal balance of the Certificates in the related group. This call will be excersized at no less than par plus accrued interest. If the auction is not successful, the Servicer's will have the right to purchase the mortgage loans in a Mortgage Loan Group when the outstanding Certificate Balance of the related group has declined to 5% of original, again, at no less than par plus accrued interest.
Auction Call. The Trustee shall solicit bids for the purchase of the Home Equity Loans in a Collateral Group at a price equal to or greater than the Auction Redemption Price for such group on an Auction Redemption Date for each Group.

Related to Auction Call

  • On Call means available to participate in discussion or for inquiries, even when not present at the service location.

  • Redemption Calculation Date means the sixth Payment Business Day prior to the date on which the Notes are redeemed as a result of any event specified in this § 5(3).(b) Notice of redemption shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders in accordance with § 14 and shall be delivered to the Fiscal Agent not less than 15 days before and shall at least specify:

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Redemption Call Right has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Plan of Arrangement.

  • Retraction Call Right has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Exchangeable Share Provisions.

  • Auction Date means the first Business Day preceding the first day of a Dividend Period.

  • Redemption Call Purchase Price has the meaning provided in Section 1.4;

  • Auction Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means the date of the settlement of any Successful Remarketing, which will be three Business Days after such Remarketing.

  • Relevant Test Period With respect to any Loan, the relevant test period for the calculation of Net Senior Leverage Ratio, Interest Coverage Ratio, Total Net Leverage Ratio or EBITDA as applicable, for such Loan in accordance with the related Underlying Instruments or, if no such period is provided for therein, (i) for Obligors delivering monthly financial statements, each period of the last twelve (12) consecutive reported calendar months, and (ii) for Obligors delivering quarterly financial statements, each period of the last four (4) consecutive reported fiscal quarters of the principal Obligor on such Loan; provided that with respect to any Loan for which the relevant test period is not provided for in the related Underlying Instruments, if an Obligor is a newly-formed entity as to which twelve (12) consecutive calendar months have not yet elapsed, “Relevant Test Period” shall initially include the period from the date of formation of such Obligor to the end of the twelfth (12th) calendar month or fourth (4th) fiscal quarter (as the case may be) from the date of formation, and shall subsequently include each period of the last twelve (12) consecutive reported calendar months or four (4) consecutive reported fiscal quarters (as the case may be) of such Obligor.

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Applicable Par Call Date means with respect to the 2024 Notes, March 2, 2024, and with respect to the 2029 Notes, July 1, 2029.

  • Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Auction Rate means the rate of interest per annum that results from implementation of the Auction Procedures and is determined as described in Section 2.02(a)(iii)(B) of this Appendix A.

  • Qualified Election Period means the six Plan Year period beginning with the Plan Year in which the Participant first becomes a Qualified Participant.
