ATEC Site definition

ATEC Site means the sites which have already met the MS qualifications for designation as an MSP Site, and which now meet the MS qualifications for designation as a site providing ATEC services. The ATEC Sites shall be listed in the ATEC Site Annex, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Unless otherwise provided herein, the term MSP-ATEC shall be deemed to include any ATEC Sites. Except as otherwise provide herein, ATEC Sites must be owned or leased by the MSP-ATEC;

Related to ATEC Site

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Waterworks System means all waterworks and all appurtenances thereto, including water mains, service connections, pumping stations, wells, water storage facilities and treatment plants, and owned, controlled, maintained and operated by the City or by agreement between the City and others.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;
