Assignment of Production definition

Assignment of Production means an Assignment of Production delivered pursuant to the Loan Documents in substantially the form of Exhibit M (or in such other form as the Global Administrative Agent may approve), executed and delivered by the Borrower or any Loan Party (other than Foreign Subsidiaries), as the case may be, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
