Global Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as global administrative agent for the Combined Lenders, and its successors.

(including any office, branch or affiliate of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.) in its capacity as contractual representative for itself and the Lenders pursuant to Article X hereof and any successor Global Administrative Agent appointed pursuant to Article X hereof.
