Assignment of Intellectual Property definition

Assignment of Intellectual Property means an assignment of Intellectual Property to be executed and delivered by Seller to Buyer at Closing, reasonably acceptable to Seller and Buyer, transferring ownership of all Intellectual Property being sold to Buyer as of the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.1(a).

Assignment of Intellectual Property means the Assignment of Intellectual Property in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

Assignment of Intellectual Property means the assignment of Intellectual Property to be executed by the Seller at the Closing, substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.01(a).

More Definitions of Assignment of Intellectual Property

Assignment of Intellectual Property means an assignment of Intellectual Property in form and substance customary for a transaction of the kind contemplated by this Agreement.
