Asset Pool One Transferor Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (i) the Asset Pool One Pool Balance for such Monthly Period minus (ii) the aggregate Nominal Liquidation Amount of all Asset Pool One Notes as of the close of business on the last day of such Monthly Period.
Asset Pool One Transferor Amount has the meaning specified in the Asset Pool One Supplement.

Receivables owing from one Account Debtor will not be deemed Eligible Receivables to the extent they exceed 25% of the total Receivables outstanding**. In addition, if more than 50% of the Receivables owing from an Account Debtor are outstanding more than 90 days from their invoice date* (without regard to unapplied credits) or are otherwise not eligible Receivables, then all Receivables owing from that Account Debtor will be deemed ineligible for borrowing.
