Transferor Amount definition

Transferor Amount means (a) prior to the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the "Transferor Amount" under (and as defined in) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and (b) on and after the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the "Transferor Amount" as defined in Annex A to the Indenture. For purposes of determining the Transferor Amount on any date of determination, any amount deposited into the Principal Account in respect of a Potential Shortfall shall be deemed not to be on deposit in the Principal Account.
Transferor Amount has the meaning specified in the Transfer Agreement.

More Definitions of Transferor Amount

Transferor Amount means on any date of determination an amount equal to (I) the sum of (A) the aggregate balance of Principal Receivables at the end of the day immediately prior to such date of determination and (B) the Special Funding Amount at the end of the day immediately prior to such date of determination minus (II) the Aggregate Invested Amount at the end of such day.

Transferor Amount means, on any date of determination, the Aggregate Principal Receivables at the end of the day immediately prior to such date of determination, plus the Excess Funding Amount at the end of such day, minus the Aggregate Invested Amount at the end of such day, minus any Enhancement Invested Amount at the end of such day (to the extent not included in the Aggregate Invested Amount).
Transferor Amount means, on any date of determination, the result of (a) the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables on such day, plus the principal amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account on such day, minus (b) the sum of the Collateral Amounts with respect to all Series then outstanding plus (c) the principal amount on deposit in the Principal Accounts (as defined in the various Indenture Supplements) for each Series, to the extent not deducted in calculating the Collateral Amount for the related Series.
