F.2.4.1 FUEL EXPENSE CREDIT (FEC): The amount, if any, determined for any Participant by which such Participant's Assigned Assembly Cost for such assembly(ies) exceeds such Participant's Adjusted Assigned Fuel Expense for such assembly(ies).
Within thirty (30) days after the removal of any Fuel Assembly for reprocessing or other disposal, the Operating Agent shall determine on the basis of the best information then available with respect to such Fuel Assembly: F.4.4.l Assembly Cost.
