Arbitration Case definition

Arbitration Case means the case in arbitration initiated before the American Arbitration Association pursuant to that certain Demand For Arbitration styled ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, et al. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Peninsula Millsboro, LLC, Case No. 14 494 00905 13 (AAA).
