arbitral error definition
arbitral error means an error that is made by an arbitrator in the course of an arbitration and that consists of one or more of the following:
Arbitral Tribunal means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators;
Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts
Arbitration Award shall have the meaning given such term in Section 22.5.
Arbitral Award has the meaning given to that term in Condition 60.2;
Arbitration Panel means a panel established under Article 14.5 (Establishment of the Arbitration Panel);
