Arbitral Award definition

Arbitral Award means any award of an arbitral tribunal and includes an interim arbitral award;
Arbitral Award has the meaning given to that term in Condition 60.2;
Arbitral Award means any decision of the arbitral tribunal on the substance of the dispute submitted to it and includes any interim, interlocutory or partial arbitral award.
