Approved Underwriter List definition

Approved Underwriter List means the list of nationally recognized investment banking firms agreed to among the Company and the TPG Stockholders as of the date hereof and as may be amended by the agreement of the Company and the TPG Stockholders, acting together.
Approved Underwriter List means the list of nationally recognized investment banking firms agreed to by the Company for the purpose of Block Trades.1
