Approved Meter means a manufactured instrument for accurately measuring and recording the flow of water in a pipeline that can meet the requirements of the District’s Alternative Compliance Plan under the State Water Resources Control Board water measurement and reporting regulation and has been approved by the District General Manager.

  • Once District has installed its own Approved Meter, District shall have the responsibility to maintain it in good repair and condition.
