Applications and Services. Full Administrator" “Service Administrator" "Departmental Administrator - Money Handling" "Departmental Administrator - Non-Money Handling" means the selected software applications and services provided by the Service Provider which shall be available to the Customer, as set out in this Agreement; means a named employee of the Customer who has Administration Access rights to all the Service(s) provided by the Service Provider, including Banking, Refund Access, Add/Edit and Reporting Access and who has money handling, reconciliation or finance duties within the Customer's organisation. This Account has full access to all reports provided by the Service Provider, can add and refund cash/cheque payments and has the ability to provide refunds to debit and credit cards if Customer allows. means a named employee of the Customer who has Administration Access rights to a Specific Service(s) provided by the Service Provider (ie rather than all Services). This includes Add/Edit and Reporting Access and who has money handling, reconciliation or finance duties within the Customer's organisation for a Specific Service. This Account has full access to all reports within the Service they are managing but no access to either Banking Reports or other Services that the Customer may choose. Service Administrators can add and refund cash/cheque payments but cannot perform refunds to debit and credit cards. means a named employee of the Customer who has the ability to Add, Edit products and who has access to Reports on the Products within a specific Service(s) they have access to. This account can add cheque and cash payments but cannot perform refunds either to cards or cash/cheque refunds. They have no access to banking reports. means a named employee of the Customer who has the ability to Add, Edit products and to access Reports on the Products within a specific Service(s) they have access to. They have no money handling duties within the Customer's Organisation so cannot provide refunds (either card, cash or cheque).

Examples of Applications and Services in a sentence

  • Fees for the JAGGAER Applications and Services will be invoiced in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Document.

  • JAGGAER and Client shall comply with the export laws and regulations of the United States and other applicable jurisdictions in providing and using the JAGGAER Applications and Services.

  • JAGGAER does not warrant that access to the JAGGAER Applications will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all defects and errors in the JAGGAER Applications will be corrected, or that the JAGGAER Applications and Services will meet Client’s particular requirements or expectations.

  • Except for the warranties contained in this section 6, JAGGAER makes no warranties regarding the JAGGAER Applications and Services.

  • JAGGAER shall not use or disclose Client Data except as needed to facilitate Client’s use of the JAGGAER Applications and Services, or otherwise to perform or provide services under this Agreement.

  • You also acknowledge that the Applications and Services may be subject to other U.S. and foreign laws and regulations governing the export of software by physical or electronic means.

  • JAGGAER shall not use or disclose Client Data except as needed to facilitate Client’s use of the JAGGAER Applications and Services, or otherwise to perform or provide services under this Agreement, as further described in the ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/service-privacy- policy/, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

Related to Applications and Services

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
