Applicable LIBOR Spread definition

Applicable LIBOR Spread means, with respect to a Purchaser Group, the rate identified as its "Applicable LIBOR Spread" in the Supplemental Fee Letter to which the Agent for such Purchaser Group is a party.
Applicable LIBOR Spread means the percentage amount calculated in accordance with the Pricing Matrix.
