Appellee definition

Appellee means a party against whom an appeal is filed or who is otherwise named or joined as a party.
Appellee means the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, or the system administrator designated by those agencies pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S. § 3369(h)(3)(i).
