Amended ENLC Operating Agreement definition

Amended ENLC Operating Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of ENLC to be executed as of the Effective Time, substantially in the form attached to the Preferred Restructuring Agreement.

  • PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement that may take effect from time to time.

  • Formation Agreement has the meaning attributed to it in Recital A;
