Alternative Quotation Notice definition

Alternative Quotation Notice means a notice by telephone to be confirmed in writing in a form as set out in Schedule 8 or in a form substantially the same as Schedule 8;

  • The date of receipt by the Swap Counterparty of either a Trade Notice or an Alternative Quotation Notice shall be a “Trade Date”.

  • Upon receipt of an Alternative Quotation Notice by the Determination Agent from the Portfolio Manager, the Portfolio Manager, acting on behalf of the CDS Counterparty, may agree to enter into the relevant credit default swap(s) with the relevant Eligible Dealer at the Improved Offer Spread or, as applicable, the Improved Bid Spread specified in the Alternative Quotation Notice provided that such right shall be exercised prior to the expiry of the Alternative Quotation Window.
