Allowance Cost definition

Allowance Cost has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii) of Exhibit S. “Allowed Hourly Energy”, or “E”, is determined in Section 3(f) of Exhibit D. “Allowed Payment Energy”, or “APE”, is determined in Section 2(d) of Exhibit D.
