Airport Representative definition

Airport Representative means the Director of Aviation of the Broward County Aviation Department, or such person’s designee pursuant to written delegation by said Director of Aviation, or some other person expressly designated as Airport Representative in writing by the Broward County Administrator. In the administration of this Agreement, as contrasted with matters of policy, all parties may rely upon instructions or determinations made by the Airport Representative.
