AIG Term Sheet definition

AIG Term Sheet means that certain term sheet, attached as Exhibit F to the Disclosure Statement, that sets forth the terms and conditions of the restructuring of the AIG Claims under the Plan. The terms and conditions set forth in the AIG Term Sheet shall be incorporated into the Amended and Restated AIG Credit Agreement, which shall be substantially in the form filed in the Plan Supplement.
