  • A person who is disabled as a result of a primary diagnosis of an alcohol or substance use disorder is not eligible for aid to the needy disabled based upon that primary diagnosis if the person has received aid to the needy disabled based upon such diagnosis for any cumulative twelve-month period in the person's lifetime.(5) Aid to the blind.

  • Historically Black Colleges or University , as used in this clause means an institution determined by the Secretary of Education to meet the requirements of 34 CFR Section 608.2.
