AgStar means AgStar Financial Services, PCA.
AgStar has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
AgStar means collectively AgStar Financial Services, FLCA and AgStar Financial Services, PCA, the Debtor’s largest secured creditors.
CIT means The CIT Group/Commercial Services, Inc.
Eye bank means a person that is licensed, accredited, or regulated under federal or state law to engage in the recovery, screening, testing, processing, storage, or distribution of human eyes or portions of human eyes.
PFI means the proprietary financial information as defined in RCW 43.371.010(12).
PCA means Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971.
PIM means that the PIM for the Original Project, revised specifically for this additional financing-Project which manual is referred to in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and contains, inter alia, monitoring and performance indicators, procurement guidelines, bidding procedures, other relevant arrangements for carrying out the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Association, and such term includes any schedules and attachments supplemental to the Project Implementation Manual.
GMAC GMAC Mortgage Corporation, or its successor in interest.
Financial Services means any service of a financial nature, including (but not limited to) —
CPS means Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., a California corporation and its successors.
CoBank means CoBank, ACB.
The Bank means the Bank of India;
PMC means Project Management Consultant who is designated supervision agency during execution of this project.
GECC means General Electric Capital Corporation.
Fifth Third means Fifth Third Bank, National Association.
MLCC Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Credit Corporation, or its successor in interest.
HSBC means HSBC Auto Finance, Inc., HSBC Auto Credit Inc., HSBC Auto Accounts Inc. and certain affiliates of such entities.
BCI means the Bureau of Criminal Identification, and is the designated state agency of the Division of Criminal Investigation and Technical Services Division, within the Department of Public Safety, responsible to maintain criminal records in the State of Utah.
Loan originator The entity that closes a Mortgage Loan in its own name.
PNC Bank means PNC Bank, National Association.
GM means genetically modified.
ESMF means the Recipient’s framework, setting out the rules, guidelines and procedures to assess environmental and social impacts of the Project’s activities, and measures to reduce, mitigate or offset adverse social and environmental impacts and enhance positive impacts of said activities including public consultation, institutional arrangements for the implementation, monitoring and supervision of said measures, as the ESMF may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Association.
Custodial Services means the safekeeping and management of an

aepaccmeצc means the department of public health.
Sub-processor means any Data Processor engaged by MailChimp or its Affiliates to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the Agreement or this DPA. Sub-processors may include third parties or members of the MailChimp Group.
SCC means the Special Conditions of Contract.
Summit means the Summit of the Heads of State or Government of SADC established by Article 9 of this Treaty;
