Aggregate payout limit definition

Aggregate payout limit means the maximum payout by a licen- see to one or more players as the result of winning wagers from a sin- gle deal of cards.
Aggregate payout limit means a maximum table payoff amount that will be paid to two or more patrons as the result of winning wagers on any single call of the lottery scheme or hand of play. A gaming operator, with adequate disclosure, may pay smaller winning amounts in full, with the remaining winners sharing the aggregate payout.

  • Aggregate Payments as defined in Section 7.2.

A member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010 shall also have an averaging period of 60 consecutive calendar months. If the member has less than 1 year of credited service in the averaging period, the number of consecutive calendar months in the averaging period shall be increased to the lowest number of consecutive calendar months that contains 1 year of credited service.

  • BENEFIT LIMIT means the total benefit allowed under this plan for a covered healthcare service. The benefit limit may apply to the amount we pay, the duration, or the number of visits for a covered healthcare service.

  • Gross earnings means all monies earned by the Employee under the terms of this Collective Agreement.
