Termination Percentage definition

Termination Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Termination Percentage. One percent.
Termination Percentage means, with respect to any Terminating Committed Purchaser, a percentage equal to (i) the Capital of such Terminating Committed Purchaser outstanding on its respective Termination Date, divided by (ii) the Aggregate Capital outstanding on such Termination Date.

  • Each Terminating Financial Institution’s Termination Percentage shall remain constant prior to the Amortization Date.

Termination Percentage means, on any date of determination, the excess, if any, of (a) the Equity Percentage on such date of determination over (b) 7.5%.
