  • Within 10 days following termination such Affiliated User shall certify in writing to Licensor that all copies of the Software and the Documentation in such Affiliated User's possession have been returned or destroyed.

  • Software support and maintenance services shall be provided by Licensor to Affiliated User in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement pursuant to the fee schedule adopted by Sublicensor from time to time.
