Affected Theatre shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(c)(i).
Affected Transactions means (a) with respect to any Termination Event consisting of an Illegality, Tax Event or Tax Event Upon Merger, all Transactions affected by the occurrence of such Termination Event and (b) with respect to any other Termination Event, all Transactions.
Affected Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 14 of the Agreement.
Affected land means the area of land from which overburden has been removed or upon which overburden has been deposited or land which has otherwise been disturbed, changed, influenced, or altered in any way in the course of mining, including processing and stockpile areas but not including roads.

Affected Assets means, collectively, the Receivables and the Related Security, Collections and Proceeds relating thereto.
Affected entity means a county, municipality, local district, special service
Affected area means a geographical area, excluding the property of the Development;
Protected tenant means a tenant who has obtained a court order.

Term SOFR Replacement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

Restricted Territory means any state, county, or locality in the United States in which the Company conducts business and any other country, city, state, jurisdiction, or territory in which the Company does business.
Affected System means an electric system other than the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System that may be affected by a proposed interconnection or on which a proposed interconnection or addition of facilities or upgrades may require modifications or upgrades to the Transmission System. Affected Parties means independent firms described in Article 2 that create a multiple employer workplace;
Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing arrangements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA's obligations under these Agreements.
