ADR Order definition

ADR Order means that certain Order (A) Authorizing Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures, (B) Approving Additional Forms of Notice, (C) Approving Proposed Mailing, and (D) Granting Related Relief, dated April 1, 2020 [Case No. 17-BK-3283-LTS, ECF No. 12576].
ADR Order means the Order, Pursuant to Sections 105 and 502 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules 3007 and 9019, Approving Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures to Promote the Resolution of Certain Prepetition Claims (Docket No. 5372), entered by the Bankruptcy Court on May 23, 2007, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
ADR Order means the Order entered on June 30, 2000 (A) Authorizing Mediation/Arbitration Procedures and (B) Approving the Appointment of (i) JAMS as Claims Resolution Facilitator and (ii) Judge Fenning as Claims Resolution Supervisor.

  • Board Resolutions means the board resolutions to be signed by us (where we are a company) pursuant to the opening of our Account(s) with you.

  • Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.
