Administrative Servicer Agreement definition

Administrative Servicer Agreement means the Credit Processing Agreement effective as of July 8, 1988, as amended from time to time, between Fashion Service Corp. and the Administrative Servicer and assigned by Fashion Service Corp. to Spirit of America National Bank, and by Spirit of America National Bank to Spirit Inc. and all agreements, instruments and documents attached thereto or delivered in connection therewith, as any of the same may from time to time be hereafter amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms thereof.
