Additional Surcharge definition

Additional Surcharge means surcharge determined by the Commission under Section 42(4) of the Act;
Additional Surcharge means additional surcharge for the purposes of the Union referred to in the annual Finance Act;

Examples of Additional Surcharge in a sentence

  • In case Government of India/State Government/ Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission or any competent authority impose any tax/duties/cess, Surcharge, Cross Subsidy Surcharge, Additional Surcharge etc on wheeling of power and activities related thereto, the same shall be paid by company to DISCOM in addition to the above charges.

  • In case Government of India/State Government/ Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission or any competent authority impose any tax/duties / cess, Surcharge, Cross Subsidy Surcharge, Additional Surcharge etc on wheeling of power and activities related thereto, the same shall be paid by company to DISCOM in addition to the above charges.

  • In case Government of India/State Government/ Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission or any competent authority impose any tax/duties/cess, Surcharge, Cross Subsidy Surcharge, Additional Surcharge etc on wheeling of power and activities related thereto, the same shall be paid by Power Purchaser to DISCOM in addition to the above charges.

  • For the Solar Power Project registered under REC Mechanism with sale of power to third party (including sale of power under NSM) within the State, 100% of Cross-Subsidy Surcharge and Additional Surcharge as applicable to normal Open‐Access Consumers shall be applicable.

  • Additional Surcharge – An additional surcharge is 1) a charge that is not clearly defined in the warehouse tariff; 2) a charge that, relative to other non CCC-interest cotton, would discriminate against cotton that was CCC-interest cotton; or 3) a charge made in addition to the published storage charge and associated with the length of time the bale has remained in storage.

  • Consultants may sponsor in the country of Canada and the United States beginning October 7, 2017.
