Additional Secured Debt Facility definition

Additional Secured Debt Facility means any credit facility, indenture or similar debt facility entered into by the Company after the date hereof, if any, pursuant to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries will incur Additional Secured Obligations (and which has been designated as an Additional Secured Debt Facility in accordance with Section 2(b)).
