If after the exercise of such Good Faith Cure Efforts, the Accused shall be unable to cure the breach within 60 days from the Breach Notice, the Accuser shall, in good faith, extend the time in which to cure the breach, upon request of the Accused.
In the event the Accuser does not extend the time in which to cure the breach, the Accused shall be entitled to arbitrate pursuant to Section 11.7 whether the Accused is entitled to an extension in order to cure the breach.
