  • All human remains encountered during the course of actions taken as a result of activities arising from ABPP Grant Programs shall be treated in accordance with NAGPRA, its regulations, and the laws and regulations of the state in which the project is located.

  • A list of ABPP grants awarded in each state and on Tribal lands, including the name of the recipient and the exact amount of the award.

  • With respect to all ABPP Grant Programs, if NPS determines that the project will have an Adverse Effect on historic properties and the SHPO concurs, the NPS then will continue consultation with the SHPO, recipient, and other appropriate Consulting Parties, including appropriate federally recognized Tribes and NHOs in accordance with 36 CFR § 800.6, to develop alternatives or modifications to the project that could avoid, minimize or mitigate effects on historic properties.

  • ABPP will not be required to pay for work found to be unsatisfactory, inconsistent with this Contract or performed in violation of any federal, state, or local statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation.

  • None of the funds, materials, property, and/or services provided by ABPP under this Contract (or provided under any ABPP contract) will be used for publicity or propaganda purposes concerning state or federal statutes; legislation pending before the state legislature or federal congress; or regulations of federal, state, or local governments.

  • Contractor agrees to notify ABPP in the event of any Breach as defined in the Alabama Data Breach Notification Act of 2018, Alabama Code Section 1975, 8-38-1 et seq.

  • Contractor acknowledges that Contractor is an independent contractor, and neither Contractor nor Contractor's employees are to be considered employees of ABPP or entitled to benefits under the State of Alabama Merit System.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
