2L Investment definition

2L Investment means the commitment to purchase an aggregate amount of new Common Units in the amount of $19,250,000 by the 2L Investors. “2L Undersubscription” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17. “4(a)(2) Backstop Commitment” means the obligation of the Commitment Parties to effect the 4(a)(2)
