2017 Debt Service Fund definition

2017 Debt Service Fund means one or more Funds established pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof to provide for the payment of the principal of and interest on the Series of the New Bonds related thereto.
2017 Debt Service Fund means the fund created and established in the 2017 Bond Resolution and bonds issued on parity therewith, including the 2012 W&S Bonds and the Bonds, and maintained by the City and described in Section 14(c) herein.

  • The taxes levied in Article IV hereof which are to be deposited into the Series 2017 Debt Service Fund shall be sufficient to redeem, and the District shall redeem on March 1 in each year, the Term Bonds subject to mandatory redemption and payment prior to Stated Maturity.

  • Required Reserve Fund Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Net Excess Spread is less than 0.25%, the amount, if any by which (a) the product of 1.00% and the Pool Balance for such date exceeds (b) the amount on deposit in the Basis Risk Reserve Fund immediately prior to such date.
