2011 Note Purchase Agreement definition

2011 Note Purchase Agreement means that certain Note Purchase Agreement among the Company and the purchasers set forth in Schedule A thereto dated as of May 26, 2011.
2011 Note Purchase Agreement means the Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of December 8, 2011, entered into by the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries with respect to their issuance and private placement of senior unsecured debt securities (the “2011 Senior Notes”), as such Note Purchase Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in a manner that is not materially adverse to the interests of the Lenders; provided that no such amendment, modification or supplement shall increase the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the 2011 Senior Notes in excess of the original face amount thereof (less any prepayments made in respect thereof).
2011 Note Purchase Agreement means the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of July 14, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers of notes issued pursuant thereto.
