1984 Housing Agreement definition

1984 Housing Agreement means the Agreement between the Commonwealth, the States of Australia and the Northern Territory of Australia dated 12 March 1985, relating to the provision of financial assistance for housing;

  • Residential housing or "Residence" means a single-family, owner-occupied dwelling located within the State that qualifies for financing by the Authority within the meaning of the Act, the Rules and Regulations, the Code and related regulations.

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.
