Последствия прекращения Соглашения. Ни одна из Сторон не вправе получать какую-либо компенсацию, возникшую в результате прекращения настоящего Соглашения, но не ограничивая при этом возможность возмещения убытков Сторон за нарушение настоящего Соглашения. Истечение или прекращение настоящего Соглашения в соответствии с условиями настоящей СТАТЬИ 10 или иным образом не освобождает ни одну из Сторон от обязательств, возникших до такого прекращения, и любое такое прекращение не должно быть в ущерб прав одной Стороны против прав другой, предоставленных Стороне настоящим Соглашением.

  • Payment for Holidays (a) Regular Employees Regular employees shall not have their pay reduced by virtue of holidays specified in Article 16.01.

  • Third Step In the event a grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved at the second step, the aggrieved teacher shall file, within five (5) school days of the principal’s written decision at the second step, a copy of the grievance with the Superintendent. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall file an answer within ten (10) school days of the third step grievance meeting and communicate it in writing to the teacher and the principal.
