ΠΑΡΟΧΗ ΑΓΑΘΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΑΠΟΔΟΧΗ. ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΩΝ 2.1 Ε πιθεώρηση. Πριν από την παράδοση των Αγαθών, ο Προμηθευτής οφείλει να τα επιθεωρεί και να τα ελέγχει προσεκτικά για συμμόρφωση με την Παραγγελία. Ο Προμηθευτής τηρεί κατάλληλο αρχείο για όλες αυτές τις επιθεωρήσεις και δοκιμές και παραδίδει στην Amgen αντίγραφα των εν λόγω αρχείων κατόπιν αιτήματος. Η Amgen έχει το δικαίωμα σε κάθε εύλογη χρονική στιγμή να επιθεωρεί και να ελέγχει τα Αγαθά ενώ βρίσκονται υπό τον έλεγχο του Προμηθευτή πριν από την αποδοχή. Ανεξάρτητα από οποιαδήποτε τέτοια επιθεώρηση ή δοκιμή από την Amgen, ο Προμηθευτής παραμένει πλήρως υπεύθυνος για τα Αγαθά. Η μη άσκηση του δικαιώματος επιθεώρησης δεν απαλλάσσει τον Προμηθευτή από οποιαδήποτε υποχρέωση παράδοσης των Αγαθών ή των Παραδοτέων, όπως ισχύει σύμφωνα με την παρούσα Συμφωνία. 2.2 Παράδοση και αποδοχή. Ο Προμηθευτής, με δικό του κίνδυνου και έξοδα, παραδίδει από κάθε άποψη τα Αγαθά ή τα Παραδοτέα, όπως καθορίζονται στην Παραγγελία ή σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της Amgen. Οι παραδόσεις Αγαθών περιλαμβάνουν δελτίο παράδοσης με τον αριθμό της εντολής αγοράς, την ημερομηνία της Παραγγελίας, τον αριθμό των μονάδων και την περιγραφή του περιεχομένου και πρέπει να συσκευάζονται και να φυλάσσονται κατάλληλα ώστε να φθάσουν στον προορισμό τους σε άθικτη κατάσταση. Εάν δεν έχει οριστεί ημερομηνία παράδοσης στην Παραγγελία, η παράδοση θα γίνει εντός είκοσι οκτώ (28) ημερών από την ημερομηνία της Παραγγελίας. Η παράδοση πραγματοποιείται κατά τις κανονικές εργάσιμες ώρες, εκτός αν η Amgen συμφωνήσει διαφορετικά γραπτώς. Η Amgen δεν είναι υποχρεωμένη να αποδεχθεί την παράδοση των Αγαθών, εκτός αν κάθε παράδοση συνοδεύεται από δελτίο συσκευασίας ή παράδοσης. Τα Αγαθά που παραδίδονται σε δόσεις δεν θα αντιμετωπίζονται ως ενιαίες και διαιρετές Συμφωνίες και η αδυναμία του Προμηθευτή να παραδώσει μία δόση θα παρέχει στην Amgen τη δυνατότητα να θεωρήσει τη Συμφωνία ως καταγγελλόμενη. Σε περίπτωση απώλειας ή ζημία των Αγαθών πριν από ή κατά τη διάρκεια παράδοσης στην Amgen, ο Προμηθευτής οφείλει να δώσει γραπτή 2.3

  • Same Day/Next Day Appointments When Patient calls or emails the Physician prior to noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule an appointment with the Physician on the same day. If the patient calls or emails the Physician after noon on a normal office day (Monday through Friday) to schedule an appointment, every reasonable effort shall be made to schedule Patient’s appointment with Physician on the same or following normal office day.

  • Excused Absence No later than the 8th consecutive day of a pupil’s absence, CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA of such absence. If CONTRACTOR fails to provide such notice by the 8th day of consecutive absence, CONTRACTOR shall not be compensated for services delivered during continuing absence after the 8th consecutive day of absence. The LEA shall not be responsible for payment for more than eight (8) cumulative days of excused absences in one semester unless a written time extension is granted by XXX. XXX shall not be responsible for payment for days of unexcused absences. All excused absences must be verified and a copy must be submitted to LEA with the monthly invoice. All documentation must be kept for at least five (5) years from the date of origination. Only the individuals listed below may verify the reason for absence:

  • Unexcused Absences Employees who are absent without approved leave (with the exception of emergencies) may be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge from employment.

  • Employee Called as a Witness The Employer will grant leave with pay:

  • Excessive absenteeism The parties recognize that every employee has a duty to be reliably present at work, and that failure to confine sick leave usage to accrued and available sick leave raises the possibility of discipline for excessive absenteeism. Such cases, however, are subject to just cause review and require systematic examination of relevant factors, including but not limited to:

  • Unused Sick Leave The accrual of unused sick leave hours is unlimited. The City and the Union commit to the evaluation and establishment of a mutually beneficial non-use of sick leave incentive and pay-out policy. Until such time that a policy is established, accumulated sick leave shall be compensated as follows: Upon retirement from the City service, an employee shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated sick leave, with the rate of payment based upon his regular pay at the time he retires. Upon the death of an employee, his beneficiary shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated unused sick leave, with the payment based upon his regular pay at the date of his death.

  • Failure to Act Within Time Limits If the Griever or the Union fails to process a grievance to the next step in the grievance procedure within the time limits specified, they shall not be deemed to have prejudiced their position on any future grievance.

  • Excused Absences Absences will be excused only under the following circumstances.

  • Illegal Dumping The Contractor shall ensure that it and all of its Subcontractors and assigns prevent illegal dumping of litter in accordance with Title 5, Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 365.

  • Act of God Days A. Scheduled days of student instruction which are not held because of conditions not within the control of school authorities, such as inclement weather, fires, epidemics, mechanical breakdowns, or health conditions (as defined by city, county, or state health authorities) will be rescheduled to ensure that there are a minimum number of days of student instruction as prescribed by Michigan law.
